Now, when I attend fairs, I usually end up seeing the same people there. One person in particular is this guy named Ryan. Now, Ryan is brilliant and knowledgeable, but the thing about Ryan is that he loves emotions, feelings, and experiencing things. During our conversation about logic and the Bible, Ryan brought up something different that I had never heard him talk about before.

Persephone - Seminar

When I saw that there was going to be a talk about Persephone, I was especially drawn to it because I have always loved reading mythology. Mythology was how cultures described what was happening within the world. Usually, each culture had a creation myth, a flood myth, a season’s myth, basically any kind of myth to explain how we got here and why things happen within the world. So, for ancient Greeks, Persephone was the goddess of Spring, and her story was their way for them to understand how the seasons occurred. 

Dreams and Horses

While attending a psychic fair, I came across a woman who had a booth that combined equine therapy with energy work. She showed me her success stories, but what we really started to discuss was an event she had put on called Dream Theatre. It’s where people come to her, tell her about their recurring dreams, and then she has people act out the person's dream. For example, she told me a dream that this gal kept having where animal creatures kept coming around her.
