Alright so let's recap from Part 1. We have a seminar that is talking about the Fear of Love and Dolls. The speaker gave a comprehensive history about dolls, a psychological viewpoint of why we could fear dolls so much, especially when Hollywood has taken this by storm and making it more of a mainstream fear with Chucky and Annabelle. Remember she also talked about looking at intuition for those who want a haunted doll, making sure you are good with the energy, what to do if it is a really intense haunted doll and what to do if you want to get rid of a doll especially if it is haunted. For the Fear of Love and Dolls - Part 1

Hearing about a seminar that was on the topic of dolls intrigued me. Dolls can scare, comfort and fascinate us. They are seen within horror films and can seem to take on the creepier side of things. So, I wanted to make sure I attended this seminar. The speaker gave a comprehensive history on dolls. Dolls have been around since Ancient Egypt. Egyptian children used to carry around dolls called paddle dolls, and even in Ancient Greece they have found dolls. By 1600, paper mache dolls were starting come around in France and the Brits made wax dolls. In the 1700s and 1800s, porcelain dolls were starting to be created.

The Catholic Medium

At the Psychic Fairs there are usually a vast majority of different people. One booth stood out to me in particular, this gal had a huge TV showing floating orbs. I walked up and started a conversation with her. She was very proud because she had filmed all of these spirit orbs and explained to me that spirit orbs are souls that believed nothing during their life, that they had no religion and are stuck in the in between.

Good Deeds and Vendors

Within Pagan Conventions there is usually a vendor room where people sell wares and different assortments of goods. From books, stickers, henna, clothing, tea and one vendor was a taxidermist selling bones of animals. Sometimes within the vendor room it is hard to have conversations with people because there are usually a ton of people buying different things. Surprisingly I was able to have one conversation with a vendor.
